Colour analysis study: consent

Shofy AI is testing how well its app recommends clothing colours. We're asking you to take part in one free colour-analysis session with a trained colour analyst.

What happens

• You describe your skin, hair and eye colour, which jewelry suits you and your vein colour, in your own words.
• We may take one photo of your face and shoulders by a window.
• The analyst holds fabric drapes under your face and records your colour season.
• Some people are asked back a week later for a second session.

What we keep, and how

• Your answers and season are stored under a code (like P07), never with your name. Only this signed form links the code to you, and it's kept on paper, apart from the data.
• Skin colour can reveal ethnic origin, so it is sensitive data. We use it only to test colour recommendations, never to profile, sell, or share with advertisers.
• The photo is kept privately, seen only by the Shofy team and the analyst, and used to check how photos compare with in-person analysis.
• We delete your answers and photo when the study ends, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices

• Taking part is voluntary. You can stop at any time, and withdraw afterwards by emailing the contact below with your code: we then delete your data.
• You must be 18 or older.
