Draping sheet

One row per draping. A helper fills in the person's own words first; the analyst adds the season after draping. People are codes, never names.

Protocol

1. Consent first. The person signs the consent form. Keep the paper; tick it here. No consent, no draping.
2. Their words, before draping, recorded by a helper. Ask the person, in their own words, their skin tone, hair colour (natural, as they wear it now), eye colour, which jewelry flatters them (gold, silver, both, not sure), vein colour on the inner wrist, and whether they know their undertone. The analyst doesn't need to hear these.
3. One phone photo, face and shoulders, by a window in daylight, no flash, no filter, plain top. File it under the person's code (P01.jpg) and send it separately; never in this sheet.
4. Drape in daylight with your usual fabric drapes, hair covered or pulled back, no makeup if possible. Use your normal method; don't change it for us.
5. Record the season, your second choice if you hesitated, and how sure you are.
6. Repeats: a week later, drape 6 people again without looking at your first answers, and tick "repeat".
